Wedding Transportation

The problem with wedding-day transport

Wedding transportation goes wrong in ways you don’t anticipate until the morning of

A vendor who is late, a vehicle that fits the photos but not the bridal party, and a guest shuttle that leaves half the family behind. Wedding-day logistics look simple on paper and reveal every flaw in real time.

Timing has no margin

The ceremony, the portraits, the reception — each window runs to the minute and one late vehicle cascades into everything that follows. A professional chauffeur who knows Niagara roads is not optional.

One vehicle rarely covers everything

Bride and groom, bridal party, family in from out of town, and late-night guests who need a safe ride back — one booking rarely handles all of it, but piecing it together from three vendors is its own risk.

Guest logistics fall on the couple

When guests are spread across NOTL hotels, Niagara Falls, and the city, coordinating pickups without an experienced team means dozens of messages the week before the wedding.

One vehicle company, every movement

Bride and groom car, bridal party, guests, and end-of-night — all from one team

We operate six vehicles from a heritage Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow to a 22-passenger Party Bus, which means one point of contact, one schedule, and one team who knows every run on your timeline. We cover every movement from morning prep to the last guest home.

From the morning pickup to the last shuttle return, each element is timed to your wedding schedule and confirmed against your venue’s timeline.

Bride & groom vehicle

White Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow for the formal arrival, Stretch Limousine, or Executive Sedan — chosen for the aesthetic and the number of passengers on the move at one time.

Bridal party shuttles

Luxury SUV or Mercedes Sprinter for the bridal party — timed to prep locations, the ceremony, and portrait sessions without the bridal party waiting on a vendor.

Guest hotel rounds

Pre-ceremony and post-reception shuttles between hotels, the venue, and Niagara-on-the-Lake — so guests from out of town never need a rental car or a rideshare app.

End-of-night returns

Late-night runs after the reception — safe, professional, and coordinated so no guest is left waiting for a car that is already two trips into the evening.

Wedding transportation questions

What most couples ask before they book

How far in advance should we book wedding transportation?

For a Saturday between May and October, we recommend booking six to twelve months in advance for the primary vehicles — particularly the Rolls-Royce and Stretch Limousine, which are reserved early. Guest shuttles on the same day can sometimes be confirmed two to three months out if the vehicle is available.

Can you handle multiple pickups from different hotels?

Yes — that is what guest shuttles are designed for. We map the hotel locations, the timing windows, and the vehicle capacity before we confirm the route, so guests are not double-picked-up and no one is left behind.

Do you co-ordinate with wedding planners?

Yes. Provide your planner’s contact details at booking and we will work directly with them on timing, venue access, and any last-minute schedule changes on the day itself.

What happens if the ceremony runs long?

We build buffer time into the schedule and stay in contact with the lead co-ordinator throughout the day. If the ceremony runs long, we adjust the portrait-session pickup and shuttle windows without cascading delay.

Is the Rolls-Royce available for portraits and then a different vehicle for guests?

Yes — we commonly run the Rolls-Royce for the bridal arrival and formal portraits, then transition that vehicle or deploy an additional one for guest rounds. Confirm your full day’s needs and we will match vehicles accordingly.
