For client entertainment, arriving at a winery unannounced is not an option. We coordinate with the estate in advance — private or semi-private tasting rooms, reserved seats for your lunch, and where possible, a winemaker introduction or tour of the cellar. Your group arrives expected, not waiting.
What to expect when booking for a team or client
How far in advance should we book?
For client entertainment or executive group days, we recommend at least four to six weeks — popular NOTL estates and private tasting rooms book up. For flexible weekday dates we can usually arrange two to three weeks out.
Can you arrange a private tasting room?
Yes. For client entertainment specifically, we coordinate with estates ahead of time to request a private or semi-private room. We cannot guarantee availability at every estate, but we build the itinerary around what is confirmed.
Do you issue a company invoice?
Yes — we issue a proper business invoice with your company name, date, and a full description of services. Tasting fees and meals are billed directly to your card at each estate.
What is included in the flat price?
The vehicle, a professional chauffeur for the full day, fuel, tolls, and parking. Winery tasting fees, lunch, and any additional food or beverage are billed to you directly at each stop.
What vehicle fits our group size?
Two to three guests: Executive Sedan. Four to six: Luxury SUV. Seven to fourteen: Mercedes Sprinter. Larger groups up to twenty-two: Party Bus. We will match the vehicle to your headcount and confirm before the booking.
