Getting eight friends to Niagara should be fun — not a logistics project
Car pooling, someone staying sober, wineries that close before you arrive, and a group that splits in half at the second estate. Planning it yourself usually means at least one person has a bad day so everyone else can have a good one.
Carpooling splits the group
When the group travels in three separate cars, the day fragments. People arrive at different times, park in different spots, and never quite reassemble at the same energy level.
The designated driver misses the point
Bachelorettes, birthdays, and anniversary wine days are not the occasion for a dry volunteer. Someone sacrifices their day so the rest can enjoy it.
Timing, booking, and lunch all collide
Popular NOTL estates book up on weekends, lunch windows are tight, and Niagara-on-the-Lake parking fills by noon. Missing the timing means missing the estate.
Everyone drinks. Nobody navigates. The day stays together.
One vehicle, one chauffeur, one itinerary built around your occasion and your group’s pace. From a bachelorette party in a Party Bus to a quiet anniversary in a Luxury SUV, the format is private — no strangers, no shared schedule, no one pressed to leave a winery before they are ready.

Private, flexible, and built for the occasion

From the vehicle to the winery selection to the pace of the day, every element is matched to your group and what you are celebrating.
Private vehicle, your group only
Nobody joins your group mid-day. Whether it’s a Party Bus for sixteen or a Luxury SUV for five, the vehicle is yours for the full day from pickup to drop-off.
Your pace, your route
Linger at a favourite estate or move on after one glass. We plan the itinerary around the wines you want and the kind of day you are after — and it bends to the group on the day.
Occasion-appropriate extras
Decorations, a champagne welcome, or a custom-branded itinerary card for the bachelorette — let us know what would make the day feel like a proper celebration and we’ll arrange it.
One flat price for the car and the day
Not per seat. The vehicle and chauffeur are quoted as a single price; winery tastings and lunch are billed directly to the group at each stop.
Every reason to open a bottle in Niagara
From bachelorette weekends in October to a quiet anniversary for two on a Tuesday, the occasion shapes the itinerary and the vehicle — and every booking is private.
From your front door to the last estate — and home safely
Tell us about the occasion
Date, group size, pickup location, and what you’re celebrating. One short message is enough to get started.
We plan the route and the extras
We select estates, arrange tastings, and add any occasion-specific touches you want — then send back the itinerary and one flat price for your approval.
Reserve the date — no deposit required
One flat price for the vehicle and the day. We hold the date without a deposit while you confirm the group.
We collect the group and run the day
Door-to-door from your home or hotel, on schedule all day, with a safe and comfortable ride home after the last estate.

The good estates book up on Saturdays — we handle it before you arrive
Ready to book this tour?
Email us your date, group size, and pickup city — we handle everything else.
Peak-season weekends at the best Niagara-on-the-Lake estates fill up weeks in advance. We coordinate your tasting reservations before your group arrives — so you walk in expected and the afternoon runs on schedule rather than around a waiting list.
What to know before you book a group wine day
What size group can you accommodate?
From two guests in an Executive Sedan to twenty-two in a Party Bus. The most popular vehicle for celebration groups of six to fourteen is the Mercedes Sprinter; for larger bachelorette and birthday groups the Party Bus is the right call.
Can we customise the itinerary?
Yes — name the estates, the style of wine, or the kind of day you want and we’ll build around it. Not sure where to start? We’ll propose a route matched to your group’s taste and pace.
Can you add a champagne welcome or decorations?
Yes. Let us know at booking what you’d like — champagne on arrival, a decorated vehicle, or custom itinerary cards. We’ll arrange what we can and confirm costs before the day.
How far in advance should we book?
For Saturday bachelorette and birthday dates in peak season (May through October), we recommend eight to ten weeks out. Weekdays and shoulder-season dates usually have more flexibility at four to six weeks.
What does the price include?
The vehicle and chauffeur for the full day, fuel, tolls, and parking. Winery tasting fees and lunch are paid directly at each stop — we do not mark these up or add a coordination fee.
