No. 05 Questions & Answers

What readers usually ask.

What's the difference between the sedan, SUV, and Sprinter?

The sedan seats 1–3 for couples or solo travelers; the SUV accommodates 4–6 with comfort and luggage room; the Sprinter handles 7–14 guests for larger wine clubs or corporate groups. All three are inspected daily and equipped with climate-controlled coolers.

Are the wine coolers really climate-controlled?

Yes. Every vehicle carries a dedicated cooler that maintains stable temperature during your tour, from cellar door to home or hotel.

Do you provide a suggested itinerary, or do we plan the wineries?

We work backward from your preferences — we propose three wineries, a lunch stop, and a quiet moment for light or photographs. You approve or redirect. Fixed price covers the day; tastings and food are on you.

How quickly can we get a quote?

Email or call with your date, party size, and whether you’re arriving by air or driving from Toronto. You’ll hear back within the hour with a sample itinerary and one flat rate.

What's your vehicle rotation policy?

All nine vehicles in the active fleet rotate on a 2-week maintenance cycle. If your reserved car needs service, we substitute a same-class vehicle with zero difference to your rate.

Are drivers trained in wine knowledge?

Our lead driver, Adrien, has 14 seasons on the Bench and familiarity with cellar-door routes, vintage timing, and traffic patterns. He won’t tell you how to taste, but he knows where to stop and when.

Can we book same-day or last-minute tours?

Call dispatch directly at (905) XXX-XXXX after 9am. If a vehicle is free and you’re within 60 minutes of Niagara-on-the-Lake, we can often accommodate. Email requests are honored within 24 hours.

What happens if we buy wine from the wineries — will it stay cool in the car?

All purchases ride in the climate-controlled cooler for the remainder of your tour. The Sprinter has additional wine-storage shelving if you’re acquiring cases.

Tell us the date and the party. We’ll write back with a fixed price.

One sedan, SUV, or Sprinter. One day. One invoice. No per-seat math, no surprises.
