What information should I include in a quote request?
Date, party size (2–7 passengers for the V-Class, 1–3 for the sedan), preferred wineries if any, lunch preference, pickup address, and budget tier. The more you tell us, the closer the first reply lands.
Do you accept same-day bookings?
Yes, until 9am the morning of, subject to that day’s roster. Call the dispatch line rather than emailing for same-day requests so a chauffeur can be released within minutes.
How quickly will I hear back on a custom itinerary?
Standard quotes return within an hour during business hours. Bespoke routes — private cellar visits, ice-wine season, multi-day NOTL stays — return within two hours on Tuesday through Saturday.
How is pricing structured?
We quote the car and the day as a single fixed number, not per seat. The figure covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, tolls, and bottled water in the cabin — winery tasting fees and lunch are billed direct to you.
Can I request specific wineries on the Bench?
Yes. Name them in your request and we’ll route the day in the order that suits tasting flow and light. We work regularly with Tawse, Hidden Bench, Bachelder, Stratus, Two Sisters, and a half-dozen smaller estates.
What hours does dispatch answer the phone?
A live dispatcher answers between 6am and 11pm. Outside those hours, the line rolls to the on-duty chauffeur within three rings; voicemails are returned at first light.
Where do you pick up from?
Hotels in Niagara-on-the-Lake, residences across the Niagara region, the Toronto Pearson and Buffalo airports, and downtown Toronto addresses. Pickup address is part of the quote, not an upcharge by zone.
Do you cover ice-wine season visits?
Yes — January through early March. We route through Inniskillin, Peller, and Reif for ice-wine tastings, with the cabin pre-warmed before pickup and a thermos waiting between stops.
Can I speak with someone other than dispatch about the itinerary itself?
Yes. Adrien, our chauffeur-curator, takes itinerary calls Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm. Ask dispatch to pass you through, or note the request in the form and he’ll call you back.
