    Within 60 minutes we send a sample day—three wineries, a lunch suggestion on Niagara Stone or Queen Street, a parking spot for the escarpment light—and one fixed price for the car and time.

    Confirm your Saturday

    Reply with any changes; we lock the route and give you the driver name (likely Adrien) and an 18-point vehicle checklist—tinted windows, speaker system, water, navigation ready.

    Arrive and ride the Bench

    Pick-up from your hotel, home, or Pearson; real-time GPS means route adjusts if a tasting runs 30 minutes long or if the light shifts the escarpment stop earlier.

What if we want to visit wineries not on the sample itinerary?

We adjust. Tell us which cellars you prefer and we rewrite the route—same fixed price applies as long as the day stays within 8 hours and geography doesn’t split you across the valley and escarpment.

How long do tastings usually take?

Plan 50–75 minutes per cellar (poured flights, chat with the sommelier, maybe a purchase); we factor this into the itinerary and won’t rush you off the tasting room.

What's the best season to visit?

September through October for harvest activity and frost-covered Vidal rows; May through August for lake views and long golden hour; November through March for ice-wine production observation.

Can the driver recommend lunch?

Yes. Adrien knows Queen Street (NOTL) restaurants, deli stops, and quiet picnic spots on Niagara Stone Road—we’ll suggest based on your taste and timing.

Do you handle larger groups?

Up to 5 passengers per SUV or Sprinter; we can book two vehicles on the same itinerary with coordinated timing if your party is 6–10 people.

What if I want to add a second day?

Same pricing applies—we’ll propose a different Bench route (different three wineries, different view stops) and send a combined quote for the weekend.

How far ahead should I book?

Anytime—we have availability most weekends, but Saturdays in September and October fill 4–6 weeks ahead, so earlier is safer for peak harvest season.

What if a winery is unexpectedly closed?

We check closures when we write the itinerary; if something changes day-of, Adrien pivots to a backup cellar (same winery class and location) at no charge.
